The applicant seeks leave to add non applicant Nos.6 to 28 in the petition. Contention is that new office bearers have been elected to the Educational Society and therefore all of them deserve to be arrayed as respondents. Non applicant Nos.6 and 7 are the CEO, Zilla Parishad and the Supdt. Pay Unit. Non applicant No.8 is already respondent No.3 in the petition. The impugned order in the writ petition is dated 01/01/2014 delivered by the Civil Court in Reg.Civil Suit No.123/1992 wherein non applicant Nos.6 to 28 were not parties.

Having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant, it appears that only because new persons have been elected to various positions in the society, that the applicant desires to add them as respondents. This khs/AUGUST 2016/9514-d

application is misconceived. The respondents before the Civil Court in Civil Misc.Appl.No.112/1994 are by designation and they have already been arrayed in the petition.
