Heard learned Advocate Mr. Kagade for the appellant, learned AGP Mr. Wattamwar for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and learned Advocate Mr. Deshpande for respondent No. 3.

Learned Advocate Mr. Kabade, invited my attention to the

909FA2328 compromise pusis placed on record which is dated 24.04.2021. He submits that Appeal has been amicably settled between the parties and compromise may be recorded. Learned Advocate Mr. Deshpande for respondent No. 3 / acquiring body and learned AGP Mr. Wattamwar for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 also submit that the compromise is arrived between the parties.

The compromise placed on record marked as 'X' is taken on record.

In view of amicable settlement between the parties and in view of compromise pursis marked at article 'X', the First Appeal stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

As per the compromise, if the amount deposited by the acquiring body is lying with the registry, the claimant / appellant is permitted to withdraw the same.
