Present application has been filed by the original claimant for getting the delay of 931 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The learned AGP representing respondent Nos.1 and 2 has objection for grant of the application on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been properly explained on day to day basis. 2.

Since the applicant is the original claimant whose land has been acquired, he being an agriculturist and coming from rural area, so also for the reasons stated in paragraph No.2, the delay is hereby condoned.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.

It is clarified that the applicant will not be entitled to get the interest of 931 days in the event of result of First Appeal in his favour.

Registry to verify and register the First Appeal and place it for further consideration on 25.09.2019.
