We have heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Advocate for the respondents.

The dispute is about the compound wall. It is said that the compound wall is demolished, however, the debris was lying there at the time of grant of status quo.

Mr. Katneshwarkar, learned Advocate submits that the petitioner would approach the Civil Court, however, the order of status quo be continued. 1/2

In the light of above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court. 5.

The status quo be maintained for a further period of two weeks. Needless to state that on lapse of two weeks, the said protection will come to an end.
