This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the office of this Court along with accrued interest as per the award on furnishing usual undertaking.

Further 25% of the amount alongwith accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar, (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

The applicants to get the amount in equal proportion alongwith

( 2 ) 28-CA-8506-2024 accrued interest.

Remaining amount, be deposited in Fixed Deposit, in any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeal.

Application stands disposed off.
