By this application, the applicants seek permission to correct their names in view of supervening developments. 2.

Learned counsel Mr. Patil would submit that the name of applicant No. 2 Sudharkar has been now changed as Sudhakar Krushna Shinde although his Aadhar Card shows his name as Sudhakar Krushna Nhavi. He invites attention of this Court to the Official Gazette accepting change of such name. Mr. Patil would further point out that the name of applicant No. 5 Latabai Sudhakar Dapase is now changed to Lataben as she is given in marriage at

- 5 - ca8614.24.odt Gujarat. He seeks permission to correct these names in the record of this proceeding.

Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for Respondents submits that appropriate order be passed.
