This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.1 Committee to take decision in respect of the Caste/Tribe Certificate validation claim of the petitioner pending with respondent no.1 committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the event of validation of the tribe claim of the petitioner, the respondent-University

With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
