When the present petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4, brought to the notice of this Court that the competent officer, i.e. Deputy Director of Land Records, is well available and he has also started taking matters pending before him for hearing. The learned counsel inviting my attention to prayer clauses (D) and (E) of the petition, submitted that, in view of the fact that now the Deputy Director of Land Records is functioning, the present petition can be disposed of by directing the said authority to decide the revision pending before him as expeditiously as possible. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner concedes for passing such order, however, submitted that

(2) till decision of the revision, the interim protection granted by this court may be continued. 2.

Learned AGP has submitted for passing appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made, following order is passed, -

ORDER

i.

The Deputy Director of Land Records, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad shall decide Revision No.1353/2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today. Till then, the District Superintendent of Land Record, Jalna, shall not proceed with the Appeal bearing No.108/2018.

ii.

The parties shall appear before the Deputy Director of Land Record on 11th June, 2019. iii.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
