The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the state government appointing administrator over the Ashram school of which they are the office bearers.

By way of prayer clause (B) in the petition and also by this civil application, the petitioners are seeking to injunct the authorities from undertaking any process under section 3 of the Maharashtra Educational Institutitons (Management) Act, 1976. 4.

According to us, prayer cluase (B) is premature. The authorities cannot be injuncted from undertaking the process. 5.

The civil application has been moved for the selfsame purpose. The application is rejected.
