Present Application has been filed for condoning the delay of 7 days in filing the Criminal Appeal. The applicant is the original accused who has been convicted in Sessions Case No.19

apln-2115.23 of 2019 on 6th April 2023 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner, after holding him guilty of committing offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

Taking into consideration the duration of the delay and the reasons stated in Para No.4 of the Application, the Application stands allowed. The delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to verify and register the Appeal.
