1] We have heard Mr. Thigle, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Tribhuwan, learned counsel for the non applicant. 2] The present application is filed pursuant to the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Misc. Civil Application No. 4 of 2016, dated 21.3.2016.
3] This Court in Family Court Appeal No. 14 of 2015, in its order dated 30th September 2015, had directed the Family Court to decide the matter within 4 months. Thereafter, some transfer petition was filed. Learned Single Judge of this Court under order dated 21.3.2016 in Misc. Civil Application NO. 4 of 2016, had allowed the said application and the matter is transferred from the Family Court Aurangabad to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Beed, and also granted liberty to the parties to move the Division Bench for getting extension of time. Pursuant thereto, the present application is filed.
4] As now the matter is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) some time would be required by the said Court to decide

5] Considering the above, we extend the time for the court to decide the proceedings transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) within a period of 3 months from the date of this order. Parties shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. Civil application is disposed of. No costs.
