The petitioner has put forth prayer clause '

as under :- "B. By issue of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent No.2 -Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad may kindly be directed to include name of the petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali / System within a period of two weeks and thereafter release due and payable salary of the petitioner within a period of four weeks."

We called upon the learned AGP to express his stand. He submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be looked into by khs/August 2022/8102

- 2 - following the due procedure in Law and respondent No.2 would, based on the record, pass an order on or before 30.09.2022. 3.
