Respondents/original claimants are present. They confirm that compromise is voluntary and same is duly signed/thumb impressed by claimants and their advocates. Learned counsel for respondents has identified the claimants.

Perusal of the terms of compromise indicates that having regard to the nature of claimants, compromise arrived at between the parties is reasonable and as such there is no impediment in accepting the same. Hence, award be passed in terms of compromise. Amount deposited by the appellant in this Court be transferred to the Tribunal for disbursement in terms of the original award.

In view of this, appeal stand disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the rules. 8.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 9.

The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. 10.

No order as to costs.
