1] This is an application for condoning the delay of 131 days caused in filing the civil application for bringing on record the L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.2, who died on 22.05.2005.

2] For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The delay in filing the civil application for bringing L.Rs. of respondent no.2 on record is condoned.
