The Writ Petition was dismissed in default for non removal of office objections after issuance of notice and appearances of the Respondents. Delay of 101 days is caused in filing this Civil Application, seeking restoration of the Writ Petition.

Issue notice to the Non-Applicants/Respondents, returnable forthwith. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of all the Respondents.

Heard. For the reasons set out, this Civil Application, is allowed.

All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on or before 31/08/2024, failing which, this order would stand recalled. If the office objections are removed within time frame, the Writ Petition would stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed.
