By this petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India the petitioners have challenged the order dated 20/04/2016 passed by the Jt. Civil Judge [Jr.Division], Ahmednagar thereby allowed the application [Exh. 63] seeking amendment to the complaint.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and respondents. Perused the order.

On due consideration of the submissions advanced in the light of order passed, I am of the view that the order

2 W.P. 8180.2016 passed is well reasoned and within the ambit and scope of exercise of powers under Order VI Rule 17 of Code of Civil Procedure. In absence of perversity in the order passed, the impugned order calls for no interference in exercise of writ jurisdiction.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
