This is an application for condonation of delay and restoration of the writ petition which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections within stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter could not be reached and there was conditional order to remove the office objections within stipulated period and due to inadvertence, the office objections could not be removed. He submits that the application be allowed. 3.
