The learned advocate for the applicant submits, on instructions received from the brother of the applicant present in the Court, that he desires to withdraw this application and would renew his request for bail, if the appeal is not decided expeditiously. In view of the above, this Criminal Application No.1809/2020 is disposed off as withdrawn.

Nalawade and Smt.Vibha Kankanwadi, JJ) has passed an order on 25.09.2018 in the earlier Criminal Application No.1439/2018 by which, the hearing of the appeal is expedited and the Trial Court is directed to prepare the paper book. The paper book along with the record and proceeding has already reached this Court. As such, we are listing the criminal appeals for final hearing on 18.01.2021.
