Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are appointed prior to 1990 and are entitled for retiral benefits and the applicability of the old Pension Scheme. The learned counsel submits that even the Commissioner Handicap Welfare, Maharashtra State has forwarded proposal to the Respondent No.1, on 21.1.2015, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

We have heard learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader for the State. 4.
As the proposal is already submitted by the Respondent No.2 regarding the enforcement of the Pension Scheme to the
Respondent No.1, the Respondent No.1 shall take decision on the same expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. 5.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 6.
