SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.

DATE :

03RD SEPTEMBER, 2025.

FINAL ORDER :

.

This is group of twenty appeals preferred by the respondent No. 1 - acquiring body. Applicants are praying for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent - acquiring body. 2.

Mr. Ajay Talhar, learned D. S. G. I. for the respondent No. 1 - acquiring body fairly concedes that in the similarly situated matters, this Court permitted the claimants to receive the amount deposited in this Court. He further informs that there are 600 matters, in which enhancement by the Reference Court is less than four times and he is awaiting instructions from the acquiring body as to whether to proceed with the appeals or not. 3.

I propose to follow the same course, which has been adopted earlier in matters by permitting the applicants/claimants to receive the amount deposited by the respondent No. 1 - acquiring body. 4.

Applications are allowed permitting the applicants to receive the amount deposited in this Court by the respondent No. 1 - acquiring body along with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The civil applications are disposed of. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME J. ] bsb/Sept. 25
