CIVIL APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT 1.

The applicants seek to withdrawn Rs. 3,18,689/- deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body. In identical situation, the claimants were permitted to receive the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body on certain conditions. The acquisition is pertaining to the house property. Similar applications are allowed permitting the applicant to receive 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and further 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing security/surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.
