2] The interim orders are passed against the petitioners and prima facie the findings of possession is not in favour of the petitioners. It would not be appropriate for this Court to interfere with the interim orders of injunction, however, the suit is pending before the trial Court. The petitioners - defendants can raise all the contentions before the trial Court. All the contentions are left open to be
