ORDER:- 1.

This is an application for restoration of First Appeal (Stamp) No. 32384 of 2021 which is refused to be registered under order dated 22.03.2022 of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, by condoning the delay of 99 days.

The learned Counsel for the applicant assured this Court to remove the offce objection within two weeks. As such, Civil Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to removal of the offce objections, within two weeks from today.
