Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicants have approached this Court, apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 87/2024 dated 12.4.2024 registered with Peth Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 354, 324, 504, 506 of I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the applicants, on instruction, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw application of applicant No. 1 - Sunder Machindra Shinde, applicant No. 3 - Hemant Sunder Shinde and applicant No. 4 - Sagar Sunder Shinde. Leave is granted. Application of applicant No. 1 - Sunder Machindra Shinde, applicant No. 3 - Hemant Sunder Shinde and applicant No. 4 - Sagar Sunder Shinde is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

This Court vide order dated 28.6.2024 has granted interim protection to lady applicant No. 2 - Chaya Sunder Shinde, applicant No. 5 - Kirti Sunder Shinde and applicant No. 6 - Anjali Sunder Shinde. As per the condition imposed by this Court, the above applicants have attended the

ABA 1047/24 police station during investigation.

In view of the above, the application of applicant No. 2 - Chaya Sunder Shinde, applicant No. 5 - Kirti Sunder Shinde and applicant No. 6 - Anjali Sunder Shinde is allowed and the interim protection granted to them vide order dated 1047/2024 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.

ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the above applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.
