This matter was heard for sometime on 27.03.2019 and was posted today so as to enable the parties to take instructions, whether, the pending RCA No.63/2016 could be adjudicated upon within a time frame. The learned advocates for the respective sides submit that they are agreeable for the hearing of the appeal within a particular time frame.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents indicates from the case details printout pertaining to the appeal that the preparation of the appeal paper book is underway.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The learned District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge,

*2* 904wp134o18 Sangamner shall issue appropriate instructions to it's office to ensure that the paper book is ready by the next date before the Court, which is 25.04.2019.

The litigating sides shall start preparing their final arguments and are also at liberty to tender the written notes of submissions. Such oral submissions and written notes shall be placed before the Appellate Court on or before 30.04.2019 and they shall conclude their arguments on the said date.

The Appellate Court shall thereafter, endeavour to deliver it's judgment in the said appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.06.2019.

Needless to state, the Appellate Court would decide the appeal on it's own merits and without being influenced by any observations appearing in the interlocutory order passed by the said Court.
