The civil application Nos. 2375 of 2025, 2376 of 2025 and 2456 of 2025 are filed for grant of stay to the impugned judgments and awards passed by the Tribunal in the respective claim petitions. Perused the applications. Heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that entire amount as per the impugned judgments and awards in the respective claim petitions, are deposited in this Court. Therefore, it is necessary to
-3grant stay to the execution of the impugned judgments and awards. In view of the same, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" in the respective civil applications. The applications are accordingly disposed of.

In so far as the civil application Nos. 7142 of 2025, 7143 of 2025 and 7144 of 2025 are concerned, the same are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court. Perused the applications. Heard both sides. Learned advocate for the respondent strongly opposed the applications and submitted that though there is breach of the policy conditions however, the same is not considered by the Tribunal.
Upon hearing learned advocates for both sides and considering the reasons stated in the applications, the same are partly allowed. The applicants, in each of the civil applications, are permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of the deposited amount, with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
