Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 543 days in fling the appeal. The delay appears to be caused due to their fnancial crisis. Though the learned A.G.P. as well as learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the applications, but considering the statutory right of the applicants, the aforesaid delay period stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said period of delay.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objection.
