The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of only 30 days in filing the appeal which appears to be caused due to collecting necessary certified copies of the Roznama. 3.

Though the learned Counsel for respondent strongly opposed the application, but considering the short period of delay and for the reasons stated in the application, the same stands condoned.
