The petitioners seek direction for deciding the validation proceedings expeditiously. Some of the proposals are filed in the year 2015 and some of the proposals are filed in the year 2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the purpose of service benefits as well as education benefits the petitioners require validity.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :

ORDER

i.

The petitioners shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 26.08.2021.

The committee shall endeavor to decide the proceedings expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of the appearance of the petitioner.

iii.

The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

iv.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
