The learned counsel for the original claimants is insisting for withdrawal of amount lying in this court, which has been deposited by the appellant - Insurance Company. However, the learned counsel for the appellant strongly opposed the withdrawal application on the grounds that there was contributory negligence and grant of exorbitant compensation.

It appears that the appeal is of year 2017 and the record and proceedings are also received. Hence, it would be appropriate to decide the main appeal fnally. Hence, the appeal is fxed for fnal hearing on 06/09/2022.
