CORAM : SMT.VIBHA KANKANWADI, J.

DATE : 14-06-2019.

PER COURT :

1.

Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 68 days condoned for bringing the legal representatives of appellants on record.

2.

Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicants, respondents and learned advocate are absent.

3.

The applicants have contended that, they were not aware about the pendency of the proceedings but then they came to know about the same from the letter issued from the advocate, and therefore, the said delay is unintentional.

4.

It is to be noted that, the applicants are coming from rural area

CA 8405-2018 and they appear to be agriculturists or doing household work. Therefore, good ground is made to condone the delay. Hence, application stands allowed. The delay in bringing the legal heirs of appellant on record is hereby condoned. The legal representatives of appellant No.1 be brought on record on or before 28-06-2019. Accordingly the application stands disposed of. (SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI) JUDGE vjg/-
