I have heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application with liberty to make application if trial is not concluded within specifed period.

Shri R.B.Ade, learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that charge has been framed and witnesses were present on the last occasion.

Learned trial Court to dispose of the trial within four months. In case trial does not get concluded within four months, applicant is at liberty to move application for bail again before the trial Court. 4.
