For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The aforesaid delay is condoned on the condition that the Applicants shall not be entitled for the interest and the statutory benefit for the delayed period. The Applicants shall file their undertaking to that effect before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
