The applicants are seeking correction in the name of some of the applicants by mentioning them as "Pawar instead of Todmal." Further the applicants are also claiming correction in the name of applicant No.2-E as mentioned in the title clause of this application.

On perusal of order dated 16/04/2022 passed by the concerned learned Reference Court, it is evident that the said court has already permitted the applicants to carry out the correction sought in this application in the main application as well as reference court award in LAR No. 87 of 1994. In view of the same,
2 933 ca 10550-22+ the present application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause- B and E.
CIVIL APPLICATION NO.10552 OF 2022 :
1.
The applicants are seeking permission to bring legal heirs of deceased applicant No.3, who is the original respondent No.3 in the appeal.
2.
Admittedly, the applicant No.3 Vitthal Dagdu Pawar has died on 25/04/2001 as per the death certifcate annexed. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause - B. The respondent -State i.e. original appellant to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
CIVIL APPLICATION NO.10555 OF 2022:
1.
The applicants are seeking permission to bring legal heirs of deceased applicant No.2C, who is the original respondent No.2C in the appeal.
2.
Admittedly, the applicant No.2C Sadashiv Atmaram Pawar has died on 06/06/2001 as per the death certifcate annexed. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause - B. The respondent -State i.e. original appellant to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
