These appeals are placed before us in this National Lok Adalat. Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant - insurance company is present. Learned counsel appearing for respondent - claimants are present.

Learned counsel for the appellant - insurance company placed on record withdrawal pursis and submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeals by accepting the impugned Awards passed by the concerned Tribunals.

The withdrawal pursis are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of same, the First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. In view of disposal of appeals, Civil Application/s therein, if any, stand/s disposed of.

It is clarified that the amount, if any, in deposit with this Court be transmitted to the Tribunal alongwith interest accrued thereon for being paid to the appellants - claimants there. The appellants - claimants are permitted to make the application before the Tribunal for withdrawal of said amount. The Tribunal, on such application, shall disburse the said amount to the appellants - claimants.

Issue full Court fee refund certificate.
