Considering several orders passed by this Court in similar matters, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:- A.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an interim application before respondent no.3 praying for the release of vehicle bearing registration No.MH-20-EK-5959.

B.

If such an application is filed, respondent no.3 would consider the same within 10 days from the date of filing and the same can be entertained by imposing certain conditions. Respondent no.3 would pass a reasoned order.

C.

In so far as the reply filed by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 05.04.2023, the said proceedings would be finally concluded within 45 days.
