The petitioner has a 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe Certificate in view of the order passed by this Court, dated 15/11/2017 in Writ Petition No.13322/2017. He desires to obtain the certificate in the Central Government Format. He is willing to surrender his original certificate to the respondent on 12/08/2022. The said statement is recorded.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, 10 days after the surrender of the original certificate, the respondent would issue a fresh certificate in the Central Government format. This statement is also recorded.

In view of the this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, the impugned order dated 01/07/2022 cannot be sustained and stands quashed and set aside.

After surrendering the certificate, the petitioner shall approach the respondent on 22/08/2022 at 3.00 p.m. and personally collect the new certificate.
