The parties have settled the dispute amicably vide compromise pursis. The compromise pursis is produced and marked as Annexure '

A'. The parties are agreeable to the terms of the settlement. However, one of the sister namely Sangita Aappa Malche wants a separate cheque in her name. It is agreed that the acquiring body will issue a separate cheque of 1/9th share in her name. Since the parties have settled the dispute, the matter is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 3.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
