The Petitioner appears to be praying for limited relief of direction to the Respondent No.2/Deputy Director of Education to decide his representations for being appointed in a vacancy on 100% grant in aid basis. It is the case of the Petitioner that a junior employee has been recommended for appointment in such a vacancy. 2.

The learned AGP appears on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Considering the limited relief sought, issuance of notice to Respondent No.3 is dispensed with.
