The petitioner has assailed the order of transfer before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad. 3.

The petitioner has approached this Court on account of nongrant of interim orders by the Tribunal. The Tribunal in the order dated 2.7.2015 has observed that the applicant shall serve all the Respondents the notice of OA with complete paper book, stating that the Tribunal may take the case for final disposal at this stage. 4.

On 14.7.2015, this Court had observed that the petitioner is not yet relieved and as such it was directed that the petitioner shall not be relieved till the next date. The learned counsel for all the parties are ad-idem that petitioner is not yet relieved from his post.

Considering the fact that the Tribunal had in fact, directed that it would decide the OA finally and the next date is 23.8.2015, we dispose of the Writ Petition without entering into the merits of the contentions.

The interim orders passed by this Court on 14.7.2015, shall continue till the disposal of the Original Application. 7.
