Mr. Bolkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, the interim order passed by this Court on 05.07.2018, the respondent no.4-College had taken full fees from the petitioner for returning original documents.

In case, the caste claim of the petitioner is validated, the petitioner would be entitled for the refund of the said amount.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of.

The respondents shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste

(2) 1110-wp-7243-2018 claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably by the end of September.

It is submitted that the vigilance is completed. The petitioner may appear before the committed on 28.08.2018.
