Petitioner's proposal for validation of the tribe certificate has been pending with the scrutiny committee. 2.

Though it is a fact that the petitioner himself is to be blamed for the situation he is in by not filing the proposal in advance, and has filed it as late as on 14 May 2024, it is a matter of fact that the petitioner's two cousins Tanupriya Murlidhar Populwad and Shridnya Murlidhar Populwad were directed to be issued certificates of validity by the orders of this Court.

We dispose of the petition requesting the committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and make an endeavour to decide it within four weeks.
