Mr. Jayabhar, learned advocate submits that though the possession of 16 Are land of the petitioner is taken by the respondent, the award is passed only in respect of 7 Are. Even the compensation is not paid.

Mr. Manorkar, learned advocate for respondent No. 3 submits that the land is acquired by two awards and amount of

2 wp 12484.17 compensation is paid for the acquired area i.e. 7 Are. 3.

Mr. Karlekar, learned A.G.P. submits that the amount of compensation of 7 Are is paid to the petitioner. The receipts are also annexed with the affidavit.

The land of the petitioner as per joint measurement would be acquired. The receipts are also annexed showing that compensation amount is paid.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be entertained. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
