It is informed that the suit presented by the petitioner bearing No. 421 of 2007 is dismissed in default on 15.02.2017 and application for restoration bearing No. 8 of 2017 is presented and same is pending. It is further informed that the date prescribed for recording of evidence in the restoration proceedings is 16.07.2018. 2.

It would be open for the petitioner to tender evidence on the prescribed date. The trial Court shall dispose of the restoration application expeditiously and if the restoration application is decided
