The learned Advocate for the respondent submits on instructions that the petitioner has challenged the interlocutory order dated 18.6.2018, passed below application Exhibit 7 in Petition No.A-174/2017. By judgment dated 30.5.2019, the said proceeding has been finally decided and the petition filed by the husband has been dismissed and the counter claim of the wife has been allowed. The husband has already challenged the said judgment and this petition is rendered infructuous.

The learned Advocate for the husband submits that the statement of the respondent may be recorded, on the basis of which, the petition may be disposed off.
