For respondent State. 2] The present application is filed by applicant since the applicant is arrested on 26/6/2015 in connection with Crime No.3017/15 registered with Hingoli (Rural) police station, Dist.Hingoli for offences punishable u/s 7, 13(1) (d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The applicant who is school teacher was trapped while accepting bribe amount of Rs.300/- from the complainant on 26/6/2015. The investigation is over. The post trap panchanama is already executed. Statements of all witnesses are already recorded by Anti Corruption Bureau, Hingoli. In that view of the matter, further presence of the applicant in jail is not warranted for, which leads me

ORDER

A] Application is allowed.

B] Applicant Shivaji Madhavrao Pawar be released on bail in connection with Crime No.3017/15 registered with Hingoli (Rural) police station, Dist.Hingoli for offences punishable u/s 7, 13(1) (d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, on he executing PR bond of Rs.5000/- (Rs.Five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount. C] Bail before trial Court.
