Hearing had progressed to some length whereafter Ms. Talekar, learned advocate for the petitioner, confronted with the position that relief may not be available without subjecting the Government Resolution dated 2nd June 2015 to challenge, sought leave to withdraw this writ petition. She also seeks liberty to institute fresh writ proceedings incorporating therein all points of challenge, including a challenge to the Government Resolution dated 2nd June 2015.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs. 3.

All contentions are kept open. We, however, make it clear that in the event the respondent - University wishes to fill up the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical), either on contract or regular basis, it shall be at liberty to proceed in that behalf strictly in accordance with law.
