Mr. Dheeraj Bansode, learned counsel submitted that, during pendency of present Application, the Investigating Officer has filed the charge sheet. [2] In that view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Application with liberty to the Applicant to file bail application afresh before the trial court. Permission is granted. [3] Criminal Application is allowed to be withdrawn and same is disposed of accordingly.
