Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that pursuant to the order dated 9-6-2015, affidavit is filed, as well as costs have also been paid directly to the advocate of the petitioner. Learned advocate for the petitioner fairly accepts the position and further informs that the amount has been transmitted to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned order has been withdrawn by respondent no.4.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition and it is disposed of as such.
