Mr. Mane, learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, the first appeal is already disposed of and present application is for modification of the order. However, present civil application would show that the applicants are seeking to add their names on the claim that, they are legal trustees. As to whether, they are legal trustees or not, will have to be decided by the concerned authority. The application is therefore dismissed.
